    • Promoted from Simumak to lead commercial due diligence to acquire flight simulation company; analyzed different aviation regulatory frameworks, attended the industry-leading event, and defined go-to-market strategy for 2 LATAM countries
    • Defined pricing and distribution strategy for Simumak, ensuring business viability along the value chain; collaborated with senior management and facilitated implementation cross-functionally
